Itinerary

Day 1
Depart from  Seattle Denver Minneapolis Boston Wahington DC or New York for Reykjavik.

Day 2
Arrival Keflavik Airport at approximately 0630. Take Flybus to the city and on to the hotel. If rooms available you will be checked in if not, a cup of coffee and a roll will be offered.At this time the bus will take you for a morning city tour of Reykjavik. You will return to hotel approx 1230. Afternoon is free for relaxation and there will be a welcome dinner at a local restaurant or at the hotel. (B/D)

Day 3
After breakfast you will embark on a tour to the horse country and the Blue Lagoon. It is "surf and turf" enjoying early horseback riding, followed by lunch and a swim in the Blue Lagoon. This ttour is about 6 hours and you will return to Hotel for dinner on your own. (B/L)

Day 4
After breakfast you will take off for an 8 hour tour of the Golden Circle, to capture the essence if Iceland on a visit to Gullfoss Falls, Thingvel Park, and the great Geyser. Lunch on your own at a local restaurant. Return to hotel for dinner and evening on your own. (B)

Day 5
After early breakfast you will be transferred to airport for your flight to Oslo. At Oslo our guide will meet you and transfer you to the Hotel. Afternoon is free to stroll Karl Johan the walking street of Oslo, with all its little shops and cafes.. A welcome dinner is planned at a local restaurant on the waterfront. (B/D)
Day 6
After breakfast you will take a 4 hour city tour of oslo, to include the 1000 year old Viking ships, the Thor heyerdahl RA Museum, the Vigeland Sculpture Park and Holmenkollen National Ski Jump and ski museum. After noon and dinner on your own. (B)
Day 7
After breakfast you will board a train for Myrdahl, crossing over "the Top" of Norway to the Fjords in Western Norway. At Myrdahl you will switch trains for the famous Flåm Railroad taking you switchback style down the mountain to the fjords. You will witness some of the most spectacular views of Norwegian nature, beyond your imagination. At the end of the train ride you will transfer by Fjord Express boat to Balestrand. You will arrive at Kvikne Hotel Late afternoon and check in followed by dinner. (B/D)
Day 8
After breakfast board a Fjord Express Boat to Fjaerland, there board a bus for to the Glacieer Museum. You will get a feel for a massive Norwegian Glacier from the Ice Ages. Afternoon return to Balestrand, dinner is included
at Kvikne Hotel. (B/D)

Day 9
After breakfast join another Fjord Express Ferry for Bergen, This is a very nice ride taking you into the old Hanseatic Capital of Western Norway. At Bergen you will transfer to the hotel for check-in. In the afternoon you will take a tour to the famous Norwegian Composer Edward Grieg's home and music conservatory. Return to Bergen for dinner on your own. (B)

 
Day 10
After breakfast you will join a tour of Bergen city and the surrounding area of the "Seven Sisters", the seven peaks around Bergen. You will take a ride on Floy Banen to the top of one of those peaks, giving you a fantastic view of Bergen. Lunch on your own along the way. Dinner and late afternoon to explore and shop for Norwegian Sweater and pewter on your own. (B)
Day 11
After breakfast take a flight to Copenhagen for a short visit to this most vibrant of all the Scandinavian Capitals. Our guide will meet you at the airport and take you for a 3 hour city tour of Copenhagen, before arriving at your hotel.
Late afternoon, the group will meet in the lobby and walk over to the Tivoli Park, for a sinner at Valhalla Restaurant, for a truly unique Viking Style dinner! Is anyone up for a little pub crawl or a visit to one of the famous Jazz bars? Copenhagen is the city that never closes. (B/D)
Day 12
After breakfast you will have free time to stroll the walking street of Copenhagen"Strøget". Here you will find great bargains at the famous shops of Royal Copenhagen, George Jensen, Holmegaard Glass, Illums Bolighus and much
more. Remember to always carry your passport so you can buy duty free and save 18% in refunded Value added taxes. Afternoon on your own to explore the Carlsberg Glyptotek or many of the other famous Museums.Farewell dinner at the Planetarium restaurant. (B/D)
Day 13
After early rise return to airport for flight home via Reykjavik
