Christmas Shopping Tour Copenhagen, Denmark and Oslo, Norway featuring DFDS Seaways mini cruise.

Itinerary     

Day 2, Tuesday
Arrive Copenhagen at 1:10pm . Transfer to the hotel.  Spend the afternoon perhaps strolling down the walking street “Strøget” to an old established Jazz Bar, Palae Bar,for a drink.  Enjoy a welcome dinner at Cap Horn or Parnas Restaurant or similar on your own

Day 3, Wednesday
After breakfast at the hotel, take a City tour.The afternoon is on your own to explore.  Evening joint dinner perhaps in a local restaurant of your choice on your own. (B)

Day 4, Thursday
After breakfast take a tour of the Castles in North Zealand, visiting Frederiksborg Castle built by King Chr. IV, today a national Museum.  Continue to the city of Elsinore (Helsingør) and visit the Kronborg Castle - Hamlets Castle.

Late afternoon return to the city to board one of DFDS Seaways ships, The Pearl of Scandinavia or the Crown of Scandinavia for a 4:00pm embarcation, and your 2 night mini cruise to Oslo Norway.  Buffet dinner on board. (B/D)

Day 5, Friday
Enjoy the view of the entrance to the City of Oslo coming up the Oslo Fjord. After buffet breakfast take a city tour of Oslo, seeing the Viking ship Museum, The Vigelkand Sculpture Park, the Royal Palace and the city center.  There will be time to stroll on your own before returning to the ship for the return overnight cruise to Copenhagen.  Buffet dinner on board.  (B/D)
