Day 1 Wednesday Arrival at Chicago
A limo will transfer you to the Best Western Chicago Hotel. After check-in,
we will walk to The Hancock Building for a welcome drink on the 96th Floor.
Day 2 Thursday Chicago.
After breakfast on own a Chicago sightseeing tour starting with the opening of the Chicago Board of trade at 0830. At noontime you have lunch on your own we can suggest a restaurant in the new Millenium Park or one of the famous diners around town such as Ed Debevick's hamburger place. Afternoon free. Overnight at the Chicago Best Western.
Day 3 Friday Chicago Honolulu
After breakfast transfer to airport for flight to Honolulu.
Upon arrival our guide will meet you and transfer you to
The Hotel on Waikiki Beach.
Dinner on own. We can recommend visiting the International Market Place, perhaps there is a place for you.
Day 4 Saturday Honolulu
After breakfast on own, You will enjoy a city tour of Honolulu, to include Pearl Harbor and the Battleship Arizona Memorial. The afternoon is free to enjoy the famous Waikiki Beach near Diamond Head Vulcanic Crater.
Dinner on own. Overnight at Waiukiki Beach Resort Hotel.
Day 5 Sunday Honolulu
After breakfast on own pick up reant-a-car for your drive around rthe Island of Oahu. You will start at Diamond Head, head for Kaneohe Bay, drive North to Waimea Bay, one of the most famous Surfing Beaches in the world, continue around the Island ending up back in Honolulu and Waikiki Beach.
This is a full day excursion. You can also stop in the middle of the Island and enjoy a visit to a typical Pineapple Plantation. Dinner on own.
Day 6 Monday Honolulu - Kauai
After breakfast on own returrn to the airport for a short flight to the Garden isalnd Kauai. This is teh most tropical island of teh Hawaiian islands, used for many films. There you will stay at the Marriott Kauai, a fabulous resort with a beatiful Bay and great beach, Threee 18 hole golf courses, truly a magnificent setting.
Dinner on own at resort.
Day 7 Tuesday Kauai.
After breakfast on own enjoy a day at pool and Beach side. This hotel has the largest pool in teh entire State if Hawaii. Dinner on own at resort.
Day 8 Wednesday Kauai
After breakfast on own you may want to go Sea Kayaking up the River and climb into the mountains to the Waterfall.
This is a great nature hike, about 45 minutes, and you will enjoy the fauna of this tropical setting.
Return to the hotel for swimming and relaxing.
Dinner on own at Resort.
Day 9 Thursday Kauai
After breakfast on own experience New Orleans. Perhaps have a cup of coffee and a Beignet at Café Du Monde. Browse for art and antiques in Pirates alley, or take an optional tour to the Bayou country or visit an old Plantation. Dinner on your own in the French Quarter. Enjoy some local Jazz! Overnight in the French Quarter Hotel.
Day 10 Friday Kauaii
After breakfast on own day is on own to play golf, swim, snorkle etc.
Day 11 Saturday Kauaii - Maui
After breakfast prepare to return to airport and fly to yet another island Maui. Here you will check into the Marriott Resort and spend the rest of your Hawaii vacation.
There are fabulous restaurants in the villages nearby. Do not miss a visit to old Lahaina Town, the whaling community back in the 1800's.
Day 12 Sunday Maui
After breakfast on your own it can be recommended to rent a car and drive to Hana. This is a 3 hour drive, passing by the most scenic coastline. Sto at the Seven Pools natural waterfall. Enjoya a lunch in Hana and return back to your hotel. Dinner on own
Day 13 Monday Maui
After breakfast on own enjoy last day of beach and shopping. Dinner on own.
Day 14 Tuesday Maui - Chicago - Home
After a full day at leisure, begin your flight in the evening back via Chicago. It is a long trip with two overnights.
Day 15 Wednesday Chicago Copenhagen
Continue the trip home.
