ITINERARY
Day01 Pakistan - China
Arrive at China - Pakistan Pass - Kunjirap Pass. Met and drive to the Taxkorgan Tajik Autonomous County.
Day02 Taxkorgan - Kashgar
Drive to Kashgar in the morning, visit the Lake of Kalakuli on the way.
Day03 Kashgar - Urumqi
Visit the Idkah Mosque, the Apak Hoja Tombs, Bazaar, Uygur family. Fly to Urumqi after dinner.
Day04 Urumqi - Turpan
Drive to the Southern Mountains valley, a grassland. Visit the Kazak yurts. After lunch, drive to Turpan, visit the irrigation system-Karez, Emin Mincret on the way. Enjoy the Uygur singing and dancing in the evening.
Day05 Turpan - Dunhuang
A full day tour of the ruins of ancient city Gaochang, ancient Astana Tombs, the Beziklik Tousand Grottoes, the Flaming Mountains. Catch the train to Dunhuang after dinner (soft sleeper).
Day06 Dunhuang
Drive to Dunhuang, visit Mogao Grottoes, Mingsha Hill, Crescent Moon Lake.
Day07 Dunhuang - Xi'an
Catch the flight to Xi'an in the morning, visit the ancient city wall of Ming Dynasty. Big Wild Goose Pagoda.
Day08 Xi'an
Visit the Emperor Qinshihuang's Terracotta Warriors, the Bell Tower, the Drum Tower.
Day09 Xi'an - Beijing
catch the flight to Beijing in the morning, visit the People's Square, the Summer Palace.
Day10 Beijing
Visit the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven.
Day11 Beijing
Visit the Ming Tombs, the Great Wall.
Day12 Beijing
Leave Beijing for your hometown.
